Soft Copy Only: Final outputs will be delivered digitally via Messenger or Email.

File Format: Final files will be provided in PNG or PDF format unless otherwise agreed upon.
3.
Editable Links: Any Canva, Figma, or similar design tool links provided are for viewing purposes only and do not include editing access unless specifically included in the service.
4.
Payment Policy: A 50% down payment is required before work begins. The remaining 50% balance must be paid after the final watermark-free output is delivered.
5.
Pricing: Prices are negotiable depending on the complexity, scope, and deadline of the requested task.
6.
Revisions: Up to two (2) minor revisions are included at no additional cost after full payment. Additional revisions or major changes may incur extra charges.
7.
No Refund Policy: All payments made are non-refundable once the project has started.
8.
Watermark Policy: The final deliverable will be provided without a watermark. However, I reserve the right to post a watermarked version of the completed work on my portfolio and social media for promotional purposes.
9.
Client Responsibilities: The client must provide complete instructions, references, or a clear description of their desired output before the project begins. Delays in providing the required information may affect the delivery timeline.
10.
Payment Method: Payments are accepted via GCash only.

Turnaround Time: Standard delivery is 1–3 days, depending on the size and complexity of the project. Larger or more complex tasks may require additional time.
12.
Rush Orders: Rush requests (same day or within 24 hours) may incur an additional fee.
13.
Cancellation: If the client cancels the project after work has begun, the down payment is non-refundable.
14.
Copyright & Portfolio: The client owns the final output upon full payment. However, I reserve the right to display a watermarked version in my portfolio and on my social media for promotional purposes.
